After going down a YouTube rabbit hole, I saw some creators using oil paints for miniature painting. After watching several how-to videos and several live stream archives I really wanted to give it a try. After messing around and painting a bust with oils, I really enjoyed using them! Lots of flexibility with blending. In this regard the slower drying time of oils is a huge plus!
